DWI Driver Busted Speeding On Route 46: Mount Olive PD
A 32-year-old Budd Lake man was arrested and charged with drunk driving on Route 46, authorities said.
At 11:58 p.m. on Friday, May 1, officers observed a gray Nissan speeding on Route 46, Mount Olive police said. Officers initiated a traffic stop and as they spoke to the driver, Tadeo Estigarribiaescob, they detected the odor of alcohol and believed him to be impaired, police said.
Following a field sobriety test, Estigarribiaescob was arrested and charged with DWI, careless driving and reckless driving, police said.

Man Drinking At Gas Pump Busted For DWI: Mount Olive PD
A 50-year-old Budd Lake resident was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after he was seen drinking alcohol while at a gas station, authorities said.
At 2:22 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, officers responded to a Sunoco gas station at 341 Route 46 for a report of a man consuming alcohol while at the gas pumps, Mount Olive said.
Officers located the vehicle, a white Toyota, as it left the gas station and entered a 7-Eleven parking lot, police said. The vehicle was pulled over and as officers spoke to the driver, Frank Dolan, they noted he appeared to be impaired, police said.

At 1:03 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 7, officers pulled over a vehicle on Route 53 for following a vehicle too closely, Denville Police said.

A 60-year-old Morris Plains resident was arrested for driving under the influence following a crash in Denville on Friday, Aug. 8, authorities said.
At 10:52 p.m., officers responded to a report of a black sedan that had crashed into the woods off Franklin Road, near the train overpass, Denville police said.
Officers determined the driver, Marcie Levison, was impaired due to alcohol and/or drugs, police said
Levison was arrested and transported to police headquarters.

A 36-year-old Morristown woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Denville on Sunday, Aug. 3, authorities said.
At 2:34 a.m., officers observed a vehicle making an unsafe lane change while traveling westbound on Route 10, Denville police said.
During a traffic stop, the driver, Faith Altiner, exhibited signs of impairment, police said. Altiner failed several field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, police said.
Altiner was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving and unsafe lane change, police said.

A 24-year-old Rockaway Township man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in Denville, authorities announced Monday, Aug. 4, authorities said.
On Saturday, Aug. 2 at 10:26 p.m., officers responded to a crash on Old Beach Glen Road and determined the driver, Henilkumar Patel, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated, Denville police said.
Patel is charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and careless driving, police said. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
