Nearly 20,000 Honda motorcycles are being recalled over a loose screw that could interfere with steering, federal officials said. American Honda Motor Co. issued the recall for 19,406 motorcycles, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration report released on Thursday, March 12. Two men are facing weapons and drug charges after Clifton police stopped a motorcycle early Sunday morning, Sept. 14, authorities said. Person Airlifted In Motorcycle Crash: West Amwell FD
A person was airlifted following a crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle in West Amwell on Saturday, July 26, authorities said. At 5:48 p.m. rescue units responded to the crash at the 500 block of Brunswick Pike, West Amwell Fire Company STA26 said. A helicopter was placed on standby as Basic Life Support units provided patient care, evaluating the victims, firefighters said. A person was airlifted to a trauma center, firefighters said. Two people were injured after a motorcycle struck a minivan on Route 206 in Sussex County on the evening of Monday, Sept. 2, authorities said. At 6:29 p.m., a Chrysler minivan was stopped in traffic, waiting to turn left on Route 206 north in Sandyston Township when it was struck in the back by a motorcycle, Charles Marcha, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
