South Jersey Teen Driving Stolen Car Found With Fake Gun, Police Say A Millville teen was accused of carjacking someone and driving the vehicle in Bridgeton, authorities said. Juan Vasquez Jr., 19, was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 14, the Bridgeton Police Department said in a news release.  Officers stopped Vasquez while he was driving at around 11:06 a.m. Investigators said he was in a vehicle stolen during a carjacking in Millville. Vasquez was charged with carjacking, unlawful possession of a weapon, and unlawful possession of an imitation firearm. The teen was held in the Cumberland County Jail.

Cornell Becton, 37, was arrested on unrelated charges at around 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, the Bridgeton Police Department said in a news release on Monday, Oct. 14. He was also given charges in the killing of 59-year-old Wilbert Pace, which happened that morning. Geovanni Justice of Bridgeton and Christopher Perez of Vineland were arrested, the Bridgeton Police Department said in a news release on Monday, Sept. 30. Officers responded to a report of an active fight on the riverfront at around 2:17 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28.
