Robert Buskey Jr., 35, of Schenectady, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and related charges in Schenectady County Court Friday, Jan. 23, in the death of his daughter Charlotte.
In court, Buskey admitted that he acted with depraved indifference to human life, recklessly engaging in conduct that created a grave risk of death to his daughter, and ultimately caused her death.
