Authorities are urgently searching for Enci Wu, who goes by the name Aubrey, last seen in New Jersey and at a Wawa in Whitehall Township, officials announced. Wu, of Palmer Township, Easton, was reported missing on Friday, Jan. 10, 2025, after police responded to her home on the 2600 block of Stephens Street for a welfare check, according to the Palmer Township Police Department. Drunk, Reckless Driver Busted On New Year's Eve: Denville PD A 52-year-old Budd Lake resident was arrested for driving while intoxicated on New Year's Eve in Denville, authorities said. On Tuesday, Dec. 31, officers conducted a welfare check on Jermaine Jackson, who was sleeping in his vehicle which was parked and idling on East Main Street, Denville police said. An investigation revealed Jackson was under the influence of alcohol and he failed field sobriety tests, police said. Jackson was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and careless driving, police said.

Father, Three Sons Killed Daughter: Union County Prosecutor A father and his three sons were indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday, Oct. 9 with manslaughter in the death of his daughter, a  28-year-old Union Township woman last May, authorities said. On Friday, May 10, the Union Police Department responded to the 300 block of Greenbriar Drive for a welfare check and found Kerline Joseph Charles dead at the scene, Union County Prosecutor William  Daniel and Union Police Director Christopher Donnelly said.
