Body Of NJ Resident, 31, Pulled From Car Submerged In River After Crash: Prosecutor The body of a 31-year-old man was pulled from a vehicle that had plunged into the Delaware Raritan Canal over the weekend, police said. Police were called to Canal and Grouser roads on Saturday, Aug. 24 around 12:25 p.m. after a kayaker saw a 2024 Honda Civic in the river, Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald said.
