One Contractor Threatens Two Others With Handgun In Mount Olive, Police Say A 30-year-old Mansfield contractor was arrested and charged on Tuesday, Feb. 18 in Mount Olive after he threatened two other contractors with a gun last month, authorities said. On Thursday, Jan. 9 at 11:58 a.m., officers responded to a residence under construction on Mount Olive Road after a contractor, later identified as Austin Cole, threatened two contractors while brandishing a handgun after an argument, Mount Olive police said. AG IDs Man Who Plunged To His Death During Hudson County Police Pursuit The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office has identified the man who died during a police encounter in Hudson County last week as a 26-year-old Texas man. Authorities on Friday, Nov. 22, named Brandon Lee Ortega as the individual who died following a foot chase with Guttenberg police on Tuesday, Nov. 12. The incident began around 11:02 p.m. when officers responded to 68th Street and Bellevue Avenue for a reported disturbance. Reign Of Terror: NJ Ex-Con Gets 16 Years For Series Of Armed Robberies, Carjackings 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: A 25-year-old ex-con from Trenton who’s already served 2½ years in state prison is headed to federal prison for 16 more for a string of gunpoint carjackings and robberies. Joshua M. Perez was one of three armed robbers who commited a Oct. 10 carjacking, another on Dec. 5 and the robbery later than second night of a local gas station, U.S. Attorney Philip R.
