'Loud Bang' Leads Police To Drunk, Reckless Driver: Denville PD A 31-year-old Rockaway woman was arrested and charged with drunk driving following a crash on Sunday, Dec. 22, authorities said. That day, officers were alerted to a "loud bang" on Indian Road and Route 53, Denville police said. Officers discovered a crash with the driver, Kristen Cobb, still inside the vehicle, police said. Following an investigation, Cobb was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated, police said. Cobb was also issued summonses for reckless driving and careless driving, police said.

While officers were conducting a traffic stop on Indian Road, it was discovered the driver, Liam Harrigan, had an active NCIC Warrant out of the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, Denville police said. As officers attempted to take Harrigan into custody, he fled from them in his vehicle, police said.
