Careless Driver Crashes Into Post Office: Montgomery PD A 79-year-old Skillman resident crashed her car into the Blawenburg Post Office on the afternoon of Monday, Dec. 16, authorities said. At 12:16 p.m., the woman was backing out of a parking spot, when she thought she had put her vehicle in drive, Montgomery police said. The vehicle was actually still in reverse and when she stepped on the accelerator, the car backed into the front of the post office, police said. Woman Cited For Careless Driving After Overturning Vehicle: Montgomery PD A driver was given a summons for careless driving after their vehicle overturned in Montgomery Township on Thursday, July 18, authorities said. At 11:58 a.m., first responders were on the scene of an overturned vehicle at Route 518 near Brecknell Way, Montgomery Police said in a release. The driver, a 37-year-old Skillman woman was operating 2020 Mini eastbound on Route 518 when she drifted over the fog line and impacted the trailer of a landscape truck parked along the shoulder, police said. South Jersey Truck Driver Arrested In Fiery Triple-Fatal Route 1 Crash, Authorities Say A Bridgeton man has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in Georgia and charged with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide in the fiery crash that killed there people on Route 1 in South Brunswick in April, authorities said. The tractor-trailer driver, Joseph Vega, 43, of Bridgeton, was transporting an oversized concrete load when it failed to stop for a red light at the intersection resulting in the fatal collision, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka.
