A former Pennsbury School District music instructor who admitted to having thousands of child pornography images and videos has been sentenced to three years of probation, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025. Monmouth County Man Possessed Child Porn: Prosecutor
A 32-year-old Ocean Grove man was arrested and charged on Friday, Jan. 10 with possessing child pornography, authorities said. Authorities began investigating Timothy Kanski after it was determined he was in possession and distributed child sexual abuse materials, the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office said. He was arrested by members of the MCPO High Tech Bureau, Search Warrant Entry Team (SWET) and the Neptune Township Police Department, authorities said. Toms River School's Music Teacher Shared, Received Child Porn: Prosecutors
A Toms River music teacher was accused of sharing child pornography online, authorities said. Christopher DeCesare, 31, of Matawan, was charged with second-degree distribution of child sexual abuse materials. Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago announced his arrest in a news release on Friday, Sept. 13. Investigators said DeCesare was distributing child porn to other users through social media and received it on a personal email account. A Passaic man was accused of sending child pornography to an undercover Monmouth County investigator through a social media app, authorities said.
