Newly-released body-worn camera footage shows two New Jersey police officers saving a choking baby. Hightstown Officers Daniel Abbatemarco and Kenneth Larsen responded to a call of a choking baby girl on March 31. Upon arrival, they were met by a man holding the girl. Police in Phillipsburg said they are investigating after three vehicles were stolen in the past week. In all three incidents, the vehicles were unlocked, and the keys were left inside, Phillipsburg police said. Officers are asking the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
