Dayle Haddon, a celebrated Canadian actress, model, and humanitarian, has been identified as the victim of a fatal carbon monoxide leak at a Solebury Township residence, authorities confirmed. The tragedy unfolded Friday morning, Dec. 28, at a home on the 6900 block of Phillips Mill Road. 18-Year-Old Kearny Man Charged With Attempted Murder After Shots Fired In Hoboken: Authorities
An 18-year-old Kearny man was arrested and charged with attempted murder after shots were fired in Hoboken on Thursday, Dec. 19, authorities said. At 1 p.m., two groups known to each other got into a dispute, resulting in shots being fired near the intersection of Fourth and Jackson Streets, a spokesman for the Hoboken Police Department said. The Hackensack Police Department is expected to have its first chief in 14 years. Capt. Michael Antista is set to be sworn in at the Tuesday, Oct. 15 council meeting. Authorities have identified the 18-year-old man killed riding a scooter in Paterson Wednesday night, Oct. 2. Angelvl Javier-Reynos was riding with another 18-year-old city resident when they were struck by a Jeep Grand Cherokee just before 8 p.m. at 9th and Madison avenues, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In-Charge Isa Abbassi said.
