Daniele, a 29-year veteran, was honored with a Life-Saving Citation from Mayor Michael Johnson and the Haledon Municipal Council on Thursday, March 13, for his quick-thinking actions that helped revive a driver in cardiac arrest. Father, Three Sons Killed Daughter: Union County Prosecutor A father and his three sons were indicted by a grand jury on Wednesday, Oct. 9 with manslaughter in the death of his daughter, a  28-year-old Union Township woman last May, authorities said. On Friday, May 10, the Union Police Department responded to the 300 block of Greenbriar Drive for a welfare check and found Kerline Joseph Charles dead at the scene, Union County Prosecutor William  Daniel and Union Police Director Christopher Donnelly said. Panera 'Charged Lemonade' Linked To Death Of UPenn Student From Jersey City Suit Settled More than two years after a UPenn student from New Jersey died, her family has settled their wrongful death suit against Panera.
