Police Seeking Two Men After Vehicle, Gun Stolen In Wildwood
Police were looking for whoever stole a vehicle and a gun in Wildwood, authorities said. The Wildwood Police Department released pictures of two men wanted in the case in a Facebook post on Tuesday, Aug. 27. The thefts reportedly happened on Saturday, Aug. 24 but police didn't reveal where the thefts occurred. Both men were wearing sunglasses on the boardwalk and flip-flops in the pictures. Atlantic City Robbery Fugitive Arrested At Egg Harbor City Train Station, Police Say
A Galloway Township man wanted in an Atlantic City robbery was taken into custody on a New Jersey Transit train, authorities said. Manuel Alicea, 30, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 26, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. He was captured on the train at the Egg Harbor City station. Police said Alicea was a fugitive wanted for pistol-whipping a man on the 1100 block of Arctic Avenue on Wednesday, Aug. 14. Trenton Man IDed As Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Hit, Run Vehicle: Morris County Prosecutor
A 35-year-old Trenton resident was identified as the man struck and killed by a vehicle in a hit-and-run crash in Parsippany Monday evening, Aug. 19, authorities said. Jelson Cabrera was struck on Route 46 West near Sandra Drive, a spokeswoman for the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said. The vehicle fled the scene, authorities said. Cabrera was transported to Morristown Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, authorities said. Five teens are accused of pulling a knife on a man and robbing him at an Atlantic City casino, authorities said. The five boys from Atlantic City were arrested on Friday, Aug. 9, the city's police department said in a news release on Wednesday, Aug. 14. A Rio Grande man was accused of stealing an iPad and a bicycle in North Wildwood, authorities said. Ronaldo Santiago Jr., 40, was charged with two counts of third-degree theft, third-degree burglary, and fourth-degree possession of burglary tools. Police were looking for a man accused of robbing a bank in Ocean County, authorities said. The Brick Township Police Department released a photo of the suspect on Facebook on Wednesday, July 24. Mikal Muhammad, 36, died in the shooting on Wednesday, July 10, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Monday, July 15.
