A Hazlet man was accused of exposing himself to a woman and inappropriately touching her at a Middletown store, authorities said. Perry Mangano, 21, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, fourth-degree lewdness, and fourth-degree stalking, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Friday, Dec. 6. A skunk in Mercer County has tested positive for rabies, authorities said. The skunk was found near Van Dyke Road in Hopewell Township on Saturday, Nov. 23, the township's health department said in a news release on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
