Injured Victims From PA Trump Rally ID'd By Police The two men who were shot during a Trump rally in Pennsylvania and left in critical condition have been identified by the Pennsylvania State Police on Sunday evening. Flaming Jackknife Tractor-Trailer On I-95 Near Betsy Ross Bridge (Video) A tractor-trailer fire shuttered part of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia for hours, Pennsylvania State Police explained on Friday morning.  The tractor-trailer was already ablaze when it jackknifed on I-95 South at mile marker 25.6 in Philadelphia County near the Betsy Ross Bridge into New Jersey around 7:30 a.m. on June 28, state police detailed in the release.  The fire has been extinguished and Troop K Philadelphia Station was on the scene as of 9 a.m. The driver was able to escape.  Click the player below to see a Citizen video of the firefighters on the scene. Cold CASE: Philly Woman Found Strangled Off I-81 In Schuylkill County Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate the murder of Caryn Fortino.  Fortino, 38, was found dead in a wooded area off of Interstate 81 in Delano Township on May 23, 2003. She had been strangled, according to troopers.  Authorities said Fortino was from the Philadelphia area and was last in contact with loved ones that February. 9-Year-Old Found Strangled In Bristol Church, Tips Sought 62 Years Later Pennsylvania State Police investigators are seeking tips in a 9-year-old girl's cold case murder.  Carol Ann Dougherty was found dead inside St. Mark’s Roman Catholic Church in Bristol Borough on Oct. 22, 1962. She was strangled and had been sexually assaulted, according to troopers.  Police said Dougherty had stopped at the church while riding her bike to the library.
