Jersey Shore Plumber Admits To Taking Upskirt Videos Of 27 Girls, Women: Prosecutors A Red Bank man admitted to recording upskirt videos of more than two dozen women and girls, including some in their homes, authorities said. David Sutton, 20, was charged with invasion of privacy, obstruction of the administration of justice, and harassment, the Wall Township Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
