NJ Man Fatally Shot While Sitting In Car: Philadelphia PD
A 38-year-old man was shot and killed in his car in West Philadelphia on Monday evening, July 15, according to city police. Ardi Torollari of Northfield, New Jersey was shot in the chest while sitting in his Volkswagen on the 200 block of South 54th Street, investigators said in a release. Torollari was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries around 6:10 p.m., authorities said. Man, 36, Identified As Victim Of Deadly Double Shooting In Central Jersey
Authorities have identified a Red Bank man who was killed in a double shooting. Mikal Muhammad, 36, died in the shooting on Wednesday, July 10, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago said in a news release on Monday, July 15. Red Bank officers responded to the report of shots fired on the 100 block of River Street at around 3:13 a.m. Police found Muhammad and another man suffering from gunshot wounds. A father was shot dead while trying to save his two children from a carjacking on Friday night, July 12 in Trenton, the mayor confirmed. Authorities have released additional information in the double shooting Wednesday, June 12 in Carteret. Two females were found having suffered gunshot wounds on Roosevelt Avenue around 9 a.m., and were airlifted to area hospitals, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Carteret Police Chief Dennis McFadden said.
