Mercer County Pilot Who Went To Philippines For Sex With Underage Sisters Sentenced, Feds Say
A Mercer County pilot will spend more than a decade in prison for traveling to the Philippines to have sex with girls, authorities said.
Frank Maile, 68, of Hamilton Township, was sentenced on Thursday, Aug. 15 to 12 years in prison, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release. Maile is also a former New Egypt resident and pleaded guilty on Sept. 6, 2023, to illicit sexual conduct abroad.

A 62-year-old Somerset County man has been arrested on child porn charges, authorities said.
George Wohar, Jr., of North Plainfield, became the center of an investigation following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald said.

A Burlington County man admitted possessing multiple images and videos of child sexual abuse, federal authorities said.
Dennis Nerolich, 68, of Burlington, and formerly of New Egypt, pleaded guilty on Thursday, June 20 before U.S. District Judge Brian R. Martinotti in Newark federal court to an information charging him with possession of child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger.
