On Saturday, July 27 at 1:30 a.m., a 40-year-old woman said she encountered a man at Hudson Avenue and 51st Street, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit said. Woman Sexually Assaulted In West New York: Prosecutor A 40-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in West New York on Saturday, July 27, authorities said. At 1:30 a.m., the woman encountered a man at Hudson Avenue and 51st Street, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The woman said the man grabbed her by the hair and sexually assaulted her, Suarez said.
