The weatherman for “The Today Show” will be signing copies of his new cookbook “Al Roker’s Recipes to Live By,” along with his daughter, co-author Courtney Roker Laga at Books and Greetings in Northvale on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 4 p.m.
The book features 100 recipes straight from the Roker household, including sunrise burritos, shrimp and grits with bell Peppers and bacon, smothered chicken, coffee- and spice-rubbed pork chops, Christmas morning cinnamon rolls, bourbon apple pie milkshakes, Tuscan polenta, silky cauliflower puree and lemon meringue crumb crust pie, according to a synopsis.
Roker is no stranger to Books and Greetings. He held a book signing there in April for his mystery book “Murder on Demand.”
