Air Quality Alert Issued For South Jersey After Wildfires The National Weather Service issued an air quality alert on Wednesday, April 23, for parts of Southern New Jersey following the devastating wildfires in eastern Ocean County. The air quality alert was issued for Ocean-Atlantic-Cape May-Atlantic Coastal Cape May-Coastal Atlantic-Coastal Ocean-Southeastern Burlington and includes the cities of Jackson, Hammonton, Cape May Court House, Ocean City, Atlantic City, Long Beach Island and Wharton State Forest. 6 To 9 Inches Of Snow Now Predicted For Central Jersey: See The Updated Winter Storm Forecast The National Weather Service (NWS) in Mount Holly has expanded Winter Storm Warnings to include all of southeastern Pennsylvania and portions of central New Jersey.  The forecast has trended colder and snowier, with 6 to 9 inches of snow expected north and west of the I-95 corridor, including Philadelphia.
