Another Earthquake Reported In NJ Another small earthquake has been reported in New Jersey. The latest quake happened near Whitehouse Station in Hunterdon County, right along the Ramapo Fault Line, late Sunday night, March 8, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The magnitude 1.3 earthquake occurred about five kilometers northeast of Whitehouse Station on Sunday, March 8, at approximately 8:04 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, according to USGS data. The quake was recorded at 8:04 p.m. and occurred at a depth of about 8.4 kilometers, according to the agency. No damage or injuries were immediately reported.

The USGS reported a magnitude 2.4 earthquake that struck approximately 6 kilometers north-northeast of Whitehouse Station at 3:42 p.m.  The quake occurred at a depth of about 8.9 kilometers, according to the agency. Residents in Glen Gardner, Califon, Bedminster, and Lebanon reported feeling it.
