Felon Who Sold Heroin, Fentanyl, Meth Throughout South Jersey Sentenced: Prosecutors A convicted felon will spend several years in prison after admitting to selling heroin mixed with fentanyl and methamphetamine throughout Atlantic County, authorities said. Matthew Lynch, 34, of Galloway Township, was sentenced on Tuesday, July 9 to eight years in prison in two cases, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release.
