Serial Illegal Dumper Arrested: Wall Twp Police A 28-year-old Long Branch man was arrested for illegally dumping numerous times in Wall Township, authorities announced Thursday, Sept. 17. Between Wednesday, Aug. 12 and Tuesday, Sept. 8, officers responded to a business on Campus Parkway on three separate occasions regarding unauthorized dumping, Wall Township police said. Investigators determined that the dumped materials, which appeared to originate from storage units, totaled more than 10 cubic yards and resulted in removal costs exceeding $2,000, police said.
