Crash Closes All Lanes Of Route 21 In Belleville, DOT Says A crash with injuries in Route 21 in Belleville has closed all lanes on Tuesday, May 21, according to the state Department of Transportation. The crash occurred at 11:19 a.m. northbound on Route 21 near Exit 7 at Main Street in Belleville, the state Department of Transportation said. It is unknown how many people are injured.  Drivers can expect delays.
