Steven G. Novillo-Cabrera was behind the wheel of a 2020 Honda Civic when he struck George Arnold, 57, as he was trying to cross Ridge Road at Milton Avenue around 9:50 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Alexa Dubiel, Passaic County Artist, Clothing Model Dies At 30 Alexa Lee Dubiel, a 30-year-old Ringwood resident, died on Friday, Sept. 20, according to her obituary from the Kimak Funeral Home website.  Alexa, formerly of Ridgefield Park, was an artist, who modeled clothes for RevMatch and participated in a campaign to be Inked Magazine's 2022 cover girl, her Instagram page show. She is being remembered for her artistic talent, love of animals and going fishing with her dad and going to the beach with her mom, according to her obituary. DUI Driver Kills Motorcyclist In Passaic County, Prosecutor Says A 32-year-old Bergen County man has been charged in a deadly crash that happened Friday, Sept. 20 in Passaic County, authorities said. Johnny Aguilar, of Carlstadt, was operating a Ford Excursion when he struck a 59-year-old motorcyclist at the intersection of Paulison Avenue and Pennington Avenue, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Chief of Police Luis Guzman said. Arriving officers found the victim, Carlos Ocasio-Rodriguez, in the middle of the intersection, Valdes and Guzman said. Ocasio-Rodriguez was pronounced dead at Saint Mary’s Hospital. …
