Officers arrested two Atlantic City men, 36-year-old Andrew James and 35-year-old Rashad Lampkin, along with 34-year-old Andrey Green of Galloway Township, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release on Wednesday, Dec. 18. Driver, 23, Charged In Crash That Killed Navy Vet In South Jersey, Police Say A 23-year-old man has been charged in a crash that killed a U.S. Navy veteran last month in Salem County, authorities said. Christopher Poore, of Bridgeton, was heading east on Route 40 when he struck Allen Miller Jr., 45, near milepost 20.5 in Pittsgrove around 3 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18, New Jersey State Police said. Poore then fled the scene. Miller, who police said was from Vineland, was killed as a result of the crash.
