'Black Tax' Extortion, Naked Assaults: HS Football Players, Coach Charged In Hazing
A so-called "Black tax," a makeshift "gas chamber," and repeated sexual humiliation inside a high school football locker room have led to criminal charges against three students and a former teacher and assistant football coach, prosecutors announced on Friday, Oct. 9.

A massage parlor in Mays Landing was busted again on Thursday, Oct. 8, for running an illegal prostitution ring, authorities said.
At 9 a.m., officers executed a court-authorized search warrant at Waterfall Therapy at 4450 Black Horse Pike, Township of Hamilton police said. As a result of the investigation, Jianhong Li, a 54-year-old Flushing, New York resident, was arrested and charged with promoting prostitution, police said.
