Newly-released bodycam footage shows the arrest of a wrong-way DWI driver who police say nearly hit multiple people before crashing into another vehicle then landing on a boardwalk along in a Jersey Shore town. As previously reported by Daily Voice, Jason Nagy, 44, of Avon-by-the-Sea, was arrested on Thursday, July 11, the Belmar Police Department. The vice president of a scrap metal company died in a crash in Ocean County, authorities said. Kevin Scoda, 24, of Edison, was killed in the crash on Route 72, the Stafford Township Police Department said in a news release on Tuesday, July 23. Driver Flown In Burlington County Crash Dies, Police Say
A 57-year-old Cinnaminson driver has died after being airlifted to an area hospital in a Moorestown crash, police said. The driver, who was not identified by name, struck a tree in a two-door sedan on Tom Brown Road just before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, according to police. He was airlifted to Cooper Hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later. No other vehicles were involved. The Moorestown Police Department’s Traffic Unit is conducting the investigation.

A 26-year-old man died after crashing his SUV on I-295 Friday, July 5, authorities said.
