Pemberton Woman, 25, Killed In Crash At Rural Shamong Township Intersection: Troopers
A Pemberton Township woman was killed when her car crashed into several trees near a rural intersection, authorities said.
Jesenia Sosa-Sanchez, 25, died in the crash on Saturday, Nov, 16, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the intersection of Forked Neck and Tuckerton roads in Shamong Township at around 10:30 a.m.
Investigators said Sosa-Sanchez was traveling east on Tuckerton Road in a Chevrolet Cruze. She failed to stop at the intersection's stop sign, went off the road to the left, and struck multiple trees.
Sosa-Sanchez was pronounced dead at the scene. …

Anne Bonney, a 9-foot-3-inch, 425-pound white shark tagged by the nonprofit OCEARCH, was detected off the coast of Brick and Toms River early Thursday, Nov. 14, at approximately 12:10 a.m. She resurfaced the following morning, pinging again around 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15.
