Suspected Intoxicated Boater Indicted For Crash That Killed Tabernacle Man, Prosecutors Say An Atco man was accused of boating while intoxicated in a crash that killed a Tabernacle man in Galloway Township more than a year ago, authorities said. A grand jury indicted 42-year-old Jason Santo on Wednesday, Nov. 6 for second-degree vehicular homicide, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release. Michael Van Kline, of Lumberton, who worked at Seneca High School in Tabernacle, used social media to converse with the student, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw said.
