Man Who Drove Drunk, Killing Bicyclist Indicted In South Jersey Hit-And-Run: Prosecutors An Egg Harbor Township man was indicted after being accused of driving drunk and leaving the scene of a crash that killed a bicyclist, authorities said. A grand jury indicted 39-year-old Shawn Duffy for second-degree vehicular homicide and second-degree leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash on Tuesday, July 16. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced the indictment in a news release on Friday, July 19.
