Stacy Thomas, 38, was arrested on Wednesday, July 10, the Atlantic City Police Department said in a news release. An officer saw an explosion on a sidewalk on the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue at around 2:03 a.m. The officer saw someone running from the area but first went to the explosion site to see if there were any victims.
