Retired Camden Hospital Worker, 76, Killed In Woodlynne Crash: Police
A Camden woman was killed when she was hit by a vehicle in Woodlynne, authorities said.
Paulette Lee, 76, died on Thursday, Sept. 26, a Camden County Police Department spokesperson said. Officers responded to the crash involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Ferry and Parker avenues at around 7:35 p.m.
Paramedics rushed Lee to Cooper University Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The driver stayed at the crash scene and no charges have been filed as of Wednesday, Oct. 2.

The community is rallying to support a Burlington County man seriously injured in a crash earlier this year, according to a GoFundMe campaign.
Nearly $20,000 had been raised as of Tuesday, March 18 for John Morning, 39, of Tabernacle.
Morning remains hospitalized following the Jan. 25 crash on Route 70 about two miles from his home, the GoFundMe says.
The driver of the other car had crossed the center line and struck Morning's car head-on, according to New Jersey State Police. That driver died of his injuries four days later, state police said.

Motorcyclist, 39, Pinned Under Car Dies In South Jersey
A 39-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash over the weekend in South Jersey.
The motorcyclist, from Woodbury, was pinned under a vehicle just before 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, at the intersection of Deptford Avenue and Tacoma Boulevard in Deptford, police said.
Several Deptford Township Police Officers, with the aid of several bystanders, were able to lift the vehicle off the motorcyclist and pull the male out.
The motorcyclist was taken to Cooper University Hospital, but died just before arrival.

One person was killed and more than a dozen hurt in a crash on State Highway 77 in Cumberland County Friday, Aug. 19, authorities said.
Paul Holsopple, 66, of Sewel, was heading south in a Nissan Maxima and was struck by Heriberto Espinoza, 29, of Elmer, who ran a stop sign in a Chevy Express 3500 van carrying 16 people at the intersection of County Route 612, NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry said.

NJ Woman Struck, Killed By DUI Arizona Football Player: Reports
New Jersey native Norah Bruther was struck and killed by an Arizona State University football player over the weekend, authorities said.
Bruther, 23, of Sea Girt, was crossing Camelback Road in Scottsdale, AZ when she was struck by 22-year-old Sun Devil Stanley Kambert around 1 a.m. Saturday, Fox10 Phoenix reports.
Bruther, a senior associate at Ernst and Young, was allegedly visiting Scottsdale at the time of the incident.
Lambert is a redshirt senior and defensive lineman at ASU, according to the Sun Devils' roster.

Three people were hurt in a crash involving a vehicle with its headlights off, authorities said.
At about 6:45 p.m. on Friday, March 11, Galloway police said that a 2015 Kia Optima, operated by Christina Porter, 32, of Galloway was traveling northbound on South Pitney Road near Highland Avenue, police said.
