JCP&L To Spend $12.5M On Underwater Power Line Upgrade For NJ Barrier Islands Jersey Central Power & Light will replace a high-voltage underwater power line in Barnegat Bay to improve reliability for more than 13,000 customers on New Jersey’s barrier islands, officials said.
