Homeless Man Pleads Guilty To Sexually Assaulting Elderly Woman At Knifepoint In South Jersey A 31-year-old homeless man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting an elderly woman at knifepoint in Burlington County, authorities said. Shawn Midgette, who at the time of his arrest in July 2020 was known to stay in the Willingboro area, also pleaded guilty to a weapons offense, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Homeless Man Indicted For Sexually Assaulting 2 Women At Knifepoint, Burlington Prosecutor Says  A 29-year-old homeless man has been indicted on charges of sexually assaulting two women last summer after threatening them at knifepoint, authorities said. A grand jury returned two separate indictments against Shawn Midgette, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina. Both indictments charge him with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and several other assault and weapons charges, the prosecutor said.
