A 31-year-old father from Camden was charged with vehicular homicide in a crash that killed his 8-year-old son, authorities said. Franklin Diaz Sr., who remained in the hospital, was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child and causing death while driving with a suspended license, according to Sgt. A 52-year-old driver was killed in a crash on Interstate 295 in Camden County, authorities said. Jeffrey Marino of Philadelphia died in the crash, according to New Jersey State Police. Authorities have identified a 39-year-old man killed in a Salem County fire. The deceased was identified as Andres Gutierrez, of Oldmans Township, according to New Jersey State Police. The body of a three-year-old child was pulled out of a swimming pool in Atlantic County, authorities said.
