The deceased was identified as Andres Gutierrez, of Oldmans Township, according to New Jersey State Police. The fire broke out at 12:33 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at Porch Farms, Pennsville-Pedricktown Road in Oldmans Township, State Police said.  Based on the preliminary investigation, a residential structure on the property caught fire resulting in the death of an occupant inside a bedroom.  Several State Fire Marshals arrived and conducted an investigation but the cause of the fire is still undetermi…
