PA Man Killed By Car In South Jersey Loved By Many
A 45-year-old man from Pennsylvania was struck and killed by a car while walking Thursday night in South Jersey, local police said. Michael D. Geisler, of Pittsburgh, was trying to cross Greentree Road near Heritage Valley Drive when a 2015 Volkswagen heading westbound on Greentree struck him around 11:45 p.m., Washington Township police said. Geisler was rushed to Jefferson Hospital and then airlifted to Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia where he was pronounced dead, police said. Condolences poured in. Mom Of 4-Year-Old Pittsburgh Boy Who Accidentally Shot Himself Dead 'Lost For Words'
A 4-year-old boy from Pittsburgh has died after shooting himself in the face, according to police. The boy was identified by family members to CBS2 as Ajani Lane. His mom, Nay Lane, mourned his loss on Facebook. Police were called to a home in the 500 block of North Negley in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood around 8 a.m., according to a statement by the police. The boy was transported to UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh where he later died, police said. There was a caregiver present in the home at the time of the shooting, according to police. An investigation is ongoing.

Pittsburgh Penguins Approved To Be Purchased By Fenway Sports Group: Report
The Pittsburgh Penguins sale to Fenway Sports Group has moved closer to being an official deal just days after the announcement of the possible sale was made, according to WPXI. The FSG board along with the Penguins board, have approved the sale of the team, according to the outlet citing a source close to the Penguins. The final step in the approval of the sale is a vote from the National Hockey League board. A law student native to Pennsylvania has died in a train crash, according to police in Vermont. Thomas R. Fennel, 23, of Pittsburgh, was killed while reversing his green Jeep Cherokee near train tracks when an Amtrak train collided with his vehicle, according to police in Vermont. Three people were shot at a baby shower during a fight about gifts, local police say. Police in Lower Burrell, were called to an active shooting at the Kinloch Fire Department on Saturday just after 6 p.m. Upon arrival officers learned it was “not an active shooter situation but rather an isolated family incident during a baby shower,” city police said in a Facebook post on the department's page. Mustafa Mousab Alowemer, 23, of Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty on Thursday to one count of attempting to provide material support to ISIS in relation to his plan to attack Legacy International Worship Center located at 2131 Wilson Ave in Pittsburgh in 2019, according to the US Department of Justice. People leave weird things on the sidewalk -- but this one in Pennsylvania certainly takes the cake. A couple walking their dog found a rhinoceros head in the Aspinwall neighborhood outside of Pittsburgh, on Saturday night, as WTAE reports.
