A dirt bike rider who police say intentionally struck a pedestrian identified by NBC10 as a 64-year-old firefighter has surrendered to authorities in Pennsylvania. Brian Barlow is believed to have knocked the firefighter to the ground on his bike around 7:50 p.m. on Neshaminy Valley Drive in Bensalem on Aug. 5, police said at the time. A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in South Jersey, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash occurred at about 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 12 on the 600 block of Rancocas Road in Westampton|, initial reports said.
