Five Malnourished Horses Removed From Winslow Township Property, Owner Charged: Prosecutors A Winslow Township woman was accused of neglecting five horses on her property, authorities said. Dana Grykin, 56, was charged with five counts of fourth-degree animal cruelty, Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay said in a news release on Thursday, Oct. 10. Police executed a search warrant on Friday, Oct. 4, removing Grykin's horses from her property on the 100 block of Norcross Road. The state agriculture department assisted the county prosecutor's office and Winslow officers. Bridgeton Driver, 46, Killed In Single-Car Crash In Camden County: Police A 46-year-old driver died early Tuesday, May 30 in a single-vehicle crash in Camden County, authorities said. Damion Cheeks of Bridgeton crashed at about 4 a.m. near the intersection of Norcross Road and North Grove Street in Winslow Township, they said. Cheeks was driving a 2004 Lexus southbound on Norcross Road when he lost control, went off the roadway and collided with a wooden fence and several trees before overturning, Winslow Township police said.  Cheeks was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, police said. An investigation is ongoing.
