Atlantic City Man Admits Dealing Cocaine, Possessing Handgun: Prosecutor A 20-year-old man from Atlantic City has admitted to dealing cocaine and possessing a handgun, authorities said. Khalif Chambers pleaded guilty to the charges on Monday, Sept. 11, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Under the terms of his plea agreement, Chambers is expected to be sentenced to seven years in New Jersey State Prison with 42 months of parole ineligibility under the Graves Act. At 9:46 p.m., on Friday, Jan. 6, Atlantic City Officer John Bell, while on roving patrol, observed a vehicle that was heavily tinted illegally parked in a lane of traffic in the 400 block of north New York Avenue.  Bell also recognized the vehicle as possibly being involved in an incident that occurred on Jan. 3.
