Atlantic City Man Admits Dealing Cocaine, Possessing Handgun: Prosecutor A 20-year-old man from Atlantic City has admitted to dealing cocaine and possessing a handgun, authorities said. Khalif Chambers pleaded guilty to the charges on Monday, Sept. 11, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Under the terms of his plea agreement, Chambers is expected to be sentenced to seven years in New Jersey State Prison with 42 months of parole ineligibility under the Graves Act. At 8:27 p.m. on Monday, Police Officers Ivaylo Ivanov and Wahab Malik saw two vehicles drive through the red traffic light at Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard and Baltic Avenue, police said.
