Two Teens Caught Stealing From Several Stores In South Jersey Mall, Police Say
Two Mays Landing teens were accused of breaking into an Atlantic County mall overnight and stealing from several stores, authorities said. Hamilton Township police responded to the Hamilton Mall at around 2:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, the department said in a Facebook post. Officers found a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl wearing ski masks and carrying large bags full of stolen items. The boy and girl ran away but they were caught by officers. Popular Atlantic County Mall Could Have Power Shut Off
A popular mall in Atlantic County could lose power if its electric bills aren’t paid soon, according to the utility company. Atlantic City Electric posted a notice on the doors of Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing this week notifying the owners that electric service will be cut off on April 7 unless overdue bills are paid. “Electric service to the Hamilton Mall will be disconnected for non-payment unless the past due balance has been paid in full or an agreement has been made between the Landlord/Owner and ACE.
