Motorcyclist Killed By Tractor-Trailer After Crashing Into SUV In South Jersey, Troopers Say A Hainesport man was killed when he was hit by a tractor-trailer after his motorcycle crashed into an SUV, authorities said. Johnny Epperson Jr., 67, died in the crash on Route 206 North in Southampton Township on Sunday, Sept. 15, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to the wreck near milepost 23.3 at around 12:37 p.m. Investigators said Epperson was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle when he hit the back of a Honda CR-V. Paxia, of Eastampton, died on April 15 surrounded by her loving family, according to an obituary published by Knotts Colonial Funeral Home. She was 51 years old.  She owned Lillo's Tomato Pies in Hainesport, which she and her husband, John, founded in 2021, her obit said. Upon her death, she donated at least three organs saving others' lives, one of her three sons said in a Facebook post.  Born and raised in Trenton, Lisa was a resident of Eastampton for the past 20 years. Sean Higgins, 32, of Palmyra committed the crimes in 2020 while serving as the youth pastor and music leader at Harbor Baptist Church in Hainesport, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Tree Branch Falls On SUV, Kills Woman In South Jersey A 71-year-old woman was killed and a man was seriously hurt when a tree branch fell on their vehicle in Burlington County, authorities said. The man, also 71, was driving a Hyundai SUV with his passenger, Christine Roemer, on Ark Road in Hainesport when a large branch dropped onto the vehicle at about 7 a.m. Tuesday, June 7, according to State Police.
