Seen HIM? PA Fugitive Sought In Wife's Shooting Death Pennsylvania State Police seek the public's help in finding a fugitive -- an avid fisherman suspected of killing his wife. A warrant was secured on Tuesday for the arrest of Richard Walski, 46 of Luzerne County for the murder of his wife, Patricia.  On August 13, after a welfare check, Patricia Walski was foiund dead at their home at 195 Schrader St. in Larksville Borough, state police said at the time.
