A Franklinville man was accused of firing a gun during a road rage incident, authorities said. Anthony Riccelli, 41, was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 18, the Franklin Township Police Department said in a news release. He was charged with aggravated assault and gun-related offenses. A 10-year-old child is facing charges after posting a social media video that authorities said posed a threat to a school in Gloucester County. Police were made aware of the video on Wednesday, Sept. 18, that they said threatened a school in Franklin Township. A 72-year-old South Jersey resident admitted that he assumed a dead man's identity to collect more than $200,000 in Social Security payments and Medicaid benefits for 14 years. Dennis Gaudette of Franklinville was 57 years old when U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said he began the long-running con in March 2009. It continued until he was caught last year, the U.S. attorney said. A 50-year-old man from Sicklerville is accused of attacking a UPS driver with a knife, authorities said. Monroe Township police said they caught Ernest Peterson on top of the driver after he crashed into a curb at about 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17. Peterson had asked the UPS driver for a ride to the front of the Madison Court Apartments, police said. Anthony Tartaglia, of Franklinville, died peacefully on Friday, March 15, with his family by his side, according to an obituary published by Farnelli Funeral Home. He was 48 years old. Originally from Philadelphia, Anthony grew up in South Philadelphia. After graduation, he joined the Navy and was stationed in San Diego, his obituary said. A New Jersey hospital must pay $3 million to the family of a woman who died from a flesh-eating bacteria nearly seven years ago.
