US Marshals Arrest Fugitive In Fatal Camden Shopping Center Shooting: Prosecutor
A 28-year-old fugitive has been arrested by US Marshals in connection with a fatal shooting at a Camden shopping center, authorities said.
Shakeem Cook, of Camden, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 16, at approximately 10:40 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.
He has been charged with first-degree murder and related weapons offenses in the death of 31-year-old Kadeem McBride of Sicklerville, they said.

Bicyclist In Camden County Assault Dies
A bicyclist assaulted in a Camden County attack died nearly two weeks after the incident, authorities announced.
An unknown male hit Edward Dupont, 53, of Camden, on the head, causing him to fall off his bike and hit his head on the pavement at 7th and Pine streets on July 6, around 9:10 a.m., acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer said.
Dupont was rushed to Cooper Hospital, where he was being treated, and died of his injuries on July 25, Mayer said alongside Camden County Metro Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

Boy On Bike Airlifted In Hit-Run South Jersey Crash, 32-Year-Old Driver Charged
A 32-year-old driver was charged in a hit-and-run crash in which a boy was airlifted to the hospital in South Jersey, authorities said.
The boy was riding his bike on the 300 block of West Atlantic Avenue in Waterford, when he was struck by a man later identified as William H. Michael, who was driving a blue Chevrolet Silverado, around 5:25 p.m. Friday, Police Chief Daniel Cormaney said.
Michael, 32, of Atco, fled the scene and the boy was flown to Cooper Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries, the chief said.
