Loaded 'Ghost Gun' Recovered, Teenager Arrested In Atlantic City: Police A loaded handgun was recovered and a teenager was arrested after a foot chase in Atlantic City, authorities said. On Friday, May 13, members of the Atlantic City Police Department’s Special Investigations Section conducted an investigation in the area of the Carver Hall Apartment complex. The investigation was a result of information detectives received concerning a male armed with a handgun.  Detectives Eric Evans and Alberto Valles observed a male, a 17-year-old juvenile, matching the description of the armed suspect.
