Chemical Leak Prompts Evacuation Of Treatment Center Residents In Atlantic County (Developing) A chemical leak prompted the evacuation of about 170 drug treatment center residents in Atlantic County, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The hazardous materials incident was reported before 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18 on Cantilion Boulevard in Hamilton, initial reports said.
